Return Eligibility

You may return any product purchased from WOWGOGDA within 30 days of delivery, provided:

• The item is in its original, unused condition
• The item is in its original packaging with all accessories
• You provide your order number and reason for return

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

• Email us at support@wowgogda.com with your order number
• Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days
• You will receive a return shipping label and instructions

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
• You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@wowgogda.com with photos of the issue. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Warranty Returns

All WOWGOGDA products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty. If your product develops a defect during the warranty period under normal use, we will repair or replace it free of charge. Please contact our support team with your order details and a description of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Products that have been used, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Return Shipping

• Defective/Damaged Items: We cover return shipping costs
• Change of Mind: Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
